About this event

Are you looking to find work-life balance? You have a hard time saying No? You recognise that you need to start taking better care of yourself? Or your simply tired of feeling worn down and dissatis-fied with how your life is going and you want to find ways to change things.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand the difference between internal and external boundaries

• Assess your current work/life balance

• Creating boundaries within yourself

• Creating boundaries within other people

• Creating new habits that support better balance.

Presenter information:

Alys Kay (she/her), Personal & Professional Development Coach, Team Coach providing 1:1 coaching & career support for researchers. Building resilience, confidence and developing leadership ability.
